Biography
Alice Sickler is a Chicagoan artist who primarily works with lens-based media. Influenced by surrealist thought and years of time spent in front of a television screen, their work focuses on identity, solitude, and the passage of time; particularly within nature, dreams, and storytelling. Alice has also worked with various directors as a camera operator and director of photography. They plan to graduate with a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in Spring 2023.
